We want to teach strong leaders like you what we know about providing great customer experiences and running a successful business, and we expect to learn a few things from you along the way.
As you prove your value as a Manager in Training, you'll earn more responsibility and opportunity.

Auto Body experience is NOT a requirement, we will provide the training! Tenacity, ability to lead, and a strong business sense are a must for the General Manager in Training position.
We aren't looking for the faint of heart, or those that just want a paycheck.
This is for those with a true desire to ultimately have P&L responsibility, and earn what they are worth.
Training will include 9 months - 1 year of learning and fully understanding the Service Writer position before moving into more extensive managerial training.
Compensation starts at $100,000/ year with an opportunity to grow your income to well over 130,000
within two years.
Advancement is based on performance not time worked within the company.

Wages include base hourly compensation of between 33.
