You will be assisting with maintaining various programs, including recruiting, hire, promotion and termination processes, employee relations, assisting with the payroll process, compensation, and performance review.
You may work with our Safety/Quality manager to coordinate and administer programs, policies, and training to help prevent harm to workers, property, the environment, the public and to identify potential violations that may result in fines or actions taken against our company.
Must perform all functions with the highest level of consistency, compassion, and confidentiality.
Requirements Reliability (Must be able to arrive at work every day) Punctuality (Arrive on time and ready to work) Strong Work Ethic Solid Clerical and Office Administration Experience Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish) Must be able to read and interpret documents Authorized to work in the United States Schedule:
