The Community Manager is responsible for operations of a small 32-unit residential apartment community.
Responsibilities include occupancy management, resident relations, property operations, and delinquency management.
Under the supervision of the Portfolio Manager, the Community Manager maintains and improves the property, manages budgets, provides a quality living environment for residents, and participates in the day-to-day operations of the property.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Walking and maintaining property and grounds, cleaning laundry room, preparing legal contracts and documents, maintaining files and online software accuracy, enforcing community rules, customer service, managing vendors and entering in invoices for payment, making deposits in a timely manner, completing reports as required by ownership and management company.
Complying with State, local and Federal laws including Fair Housing.
Minimum
Qualifications:
2 years or longer in multifamily housing preferred.
Ability to climb stairs, and perform basic cleaning duties (vacuum, sweep), lift up to 25lbs Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Computer proficiency MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and Property Management Software (AppFolio, Yardi, Onesite) Job Type:
