Manage patient records, insurance claims, and billing processes efficiently.
Handle any patient concerns or inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
Assist dentists during patient procedures, providing chairside support and anticipating their needs.
Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure equipment readiness.
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care instructions.
Take and process dental x-rays, maintaining accurate and organized patient records.
Maintain infection control protocols and uphold clinic's cleanliness standards.
