We are a busy golf course, restaurant and event center, whose team has fun and has established a positive reputation for a broad range of business.
You will be an active team player and responsible for the following:
Supervise daily cash counting and balancing, including; float procedures, armored transport pick-up, and adjustments.
Maintain accurate Account Receivables and Account Payables Prepare financials for GM review Month-end closing of POS System; Maintain and manage credit ledger, gift certificate, and event deposits and balances.
Plan for and schedule employee, equipment, and supply requirements for the department and maintain accountability for the cost, utilization, and performance of employees and equipment.
Maintain responsibility for the hiring, training, and proficiency of employees in the office Implement policies and procedures for department Responsible for the development of the annual General and Administration budget/plan, and managing by that budget/plan Implement and monitor internal controls for the department.
Implement and monitor department payroll policies, procedures, and controls with an emphasis on minimizing employee costs Implement and monitor ordering and receiving program to ensure proper quantity and price on all purchases Maintain responsibility for expenses as outlined in the operating plan/budget Oversee Payroll Manager and Payroll process for Company; remaining informed of current payroll requirements required by State and Federal Government; auditing and reviewing business compliance.

Manage Human Resource requirements for business reporting to General Manager.
Oversee Department Heads in HR requirements, documentation, and conflict management, maintain employee files and proper recording; maintain and revise Employee handbook and policy and procedure manual; lead safety program management and documentation, play key/lead role in annual Associate events or recognition.
Coordinate and participate in annual insurance review.
Attend staff meetings - take minutes and distribute Ability to efficiently manage high volumes of telephone calls on occasions while maintaining phone etiquette and service disposition.
Marketing and Social Media:
play key role with management team in creating marketing content (flyers, Instagram/Facebook posts, website); support & manage distribution channels.
Work cooperatively with various team members.
Deliver timely and Professional Service to Customer inquiries within department and support other Managers and staff in responding similarly to customers needs.
Be accountable in all aspects of the position.
