Job Duties:
Position involves the building of skills for persons with developmental disabilities in both on-site and community-based settings.
Provides constant supervision, care, training, and job coaching of clients.
Implements behavioral plans as created by the Behavior Specialist Provides behavioral intervention methods as needed Upholds standards for client rights and responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university in psychology, social work, education, or another related field (Preferred) A minimum of 2 years related experience in behavior intervention; and a minimum of 2 years' experience in community/vocational skills training Valid CA Driver License 3 years driving experience (Required) You will work alongside dedicated employees who believe in making a difference in the lives of their clients.
Our work hours are consistently set at 7:
30-3:
30pm Monday through Friday.
