Modern office setting Friendly staff Duties - Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner at the front desk.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries.
- Verify insurance information and assist with billing processes.
- Verify referrals and authorizations validity and update information accordingly - Keep track of patient and insurance information and update accordingly - Maintain patient records and input data accurately into medical office systems.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow within the practice.
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.
Requirements - Fluency in English and Microsoft office software.
- Bilingual with English and Chinese is a plus - Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist, Dental Receptionist, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients and staff members.
