2 Antioch, CA Antioch, CA Full-time Full-time $75,000 - $90,000 a year $75,000 - $90,000 a year POSITION SUMMARY The Administrator manages all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Program, which involves ensuring regulatory compliance and actively overseeing quality assurance performance improvements.
Additionally, the Administrator collaborates with all corporate departments and outside consultants and representative of the program to State/County agencies, community partners, and consumer groups.
FACILTY INFO As a member of the Telecare family, Hillside House is a 4-bed adult residential program providing non-medical care in a home-like environment to adults ages 18 and over with developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses who require behavioral supports, structured activities, and assistance with meal planning, activities of daily living, and participating in their community.
The focus of the program is helping residents identify and achieve their hopes and dreams.
QUALIFICATIONS Required:
o Two (2) years of experience providing direct care or supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities o One (1) year of supervisory (having direct reports) experience o High School diploma or GED EOE AA M/F/V/Disability Job Type:
