Base Salary Range:
$80,000 - $85,000
individual performance Competitive annual bonus range from $4,800-$14,400, paid monthly.

Qualifications:
0 to 2 years experience as a BCBA A leader who wants to provide training and supervision for our technician staff and to create a fun, teamwork-focused environment someone who thrives when part of a collaborative team Knowledgeable of DTT and can develop and implement FBAs, FAAs, PBSP and PBIP Able to multitask in a fast-paced setting while meeting the needs of patients, families and team members Passionate about and dedicated to changing the lives of patients and families by helping them reach their full potential Required:
Master's Degree or higher
Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing support for students Conduct functional behavior assessments Write and maintain positive behavior support plans Oversee assessments, plan development, and ongoing program data analysis to ensure maximum student progress Attend weekly staff meetings Develop and conduct staff trainings Collaborate with other BCBAs and all campus leadership teams Remain current on new research and developments in behavior analysis Job Type:
