Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent-Human Resources or its designee; develop, implement and oversee the Human Resources Department's information systems and other specialized computer systems and services; perform a variety of complex, technical and analytical duties related to the Human Resources Information Systems; plan, coordinate and perform projects related to human resources and a variety of District departments; serve as liaison between a variety of internal and external entities.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will have experience working with human resource information systems and database management; strong analytic and problem-solving skills; ability to collaborate, provide technical support and train staff; handling confidential tasks; project management; intermediate to advanced software skill level.
EDUCATION &
Experience:
Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school and three years' experience working with human resources functions.
