We are currently seeking an exceptional candidate for a Human Resources Manager position located in the East Bay area. In order to be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years HR Management experience, and must have background knowledge of the medical multispecialty, multi-location practices. The responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager are:
oAnalyze and modify the benefits and compensation plans to ensure that they are staying competitive in the market.
oAdvise and coach employees and managers on employee relations issues.
oAdminister compensation, benefits, and performance management programs.
oMaintain and improved internal data collection for HR databases used for tracking and statistical reporting.
oAbility to analyze statistical data and reports and be able to find root causes and solutions, including benefits, market compensation, and employee satisfaction and retention.
oAnalyze training needs and design employee training programs.
oWrite job descriptions, post on job boards, and screen applicants for open positions.
oOversee employee records and adhere to compliance guidelines.
oAddress labor relations discrepancies and discrimination claims, compliance (OSHA) and other regulatory matters.
The Qualifications are:
oBachelor's Degree, PHR or SPHR Certification preferred but not required.
oMinimum of five years of HR Management experience within the medical service industry.
oMust be proficient in MS Office with the ability to analyze data.
oMust be very well versed in the Affordable Care Act to guide and establish a benefits plan in accordance with the guidelines.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
